Structural Pest Inspection Only - $125.00
Consultation - $100.00/hr

CONDOMINIUMS/TOWNHOMES

ANY CONDO/TOWNHOME UNDER 3,000 SQUARE FEET- $275.00
3000 sq. feet and over- Call for pricing
(Inspection limited to all components within exterior walls)

ADD ANY ONE OF THE FOLLOWING COMPONENTS: exterior inspection, attic inspection or crawlspace inspection- ADD $50.00

NOTE: A condominium/ townhome inspection does not include exterior components such as the roof, nor does it include attic or crawlspace. If all of these components are not under the jurisdiction of a homeowners association and would require the buyer to maintain and repair, a regular home inspection would be more appropriate.
